About Jack
Jack is the reason Unhitched Ranch exists. A Clydesdale stallion of exceptional quality, he has anchored the breeding program here in the coastal mountains of Curry County, Oregon for years — producing offspring that carry his bone, his movement, and his disposition into the next generation.
He is a large horse even by draft standards — heavy through the shoulders, feathered to the knee, with the kind of clean, straight movement that judges and horsemen notice from across the arena. But what sets Jack apart is his mind. He is steady, curious, and remarkably easy to be around for a stallion of his presence.
The Breeding Program
